Best Beaches in Gokarna

The west coast of India never stops surprising you with its stunning beaches. You can find several great beaches with a lot to offer as you move south from Mumbai. Goa may be well known to all of them but it tends to be messy and full. Walk down, and you’ll find Gokarna, one of the West Coast’s rising beach destinations. Although this is mainly a temple destination, the number of tourists coming here can steadily increase. The rocky sandy rocks and the beach hike are another interesting part, which is rather unique to an area famous for its golden sand. Gokarna beaches are smart, less crowded, and quiet. Gokarna beaches are fun to have a bit of sunshine.

1. Gokarna Beach

As stated earlier, Gokarna is a temple destination and the beach of Gokarna is close to the Temple of Mahabaleshwar. The beach is long and wide, the water is nice, and there are many pilgrims who come here to see the temple dipping in. This is also the perfect place to see a wonderful sunset. In addition, the beach walking paths normally begin, and the majestic mountains are also visible.

2. Kudle Beach

3. Om Beach

You see that it resembles the “Om” symbol when you look on the beach Om from above. This is, and quite rightly so, one of Gokarna’s most visited beaches. The waters are ideal to surf, boat trips, boat rides and even sailing. In the background, the soothing green hill gives another look and feel. Also, on the beach, you can enjoy the sea while you sip a drink in chill shacks. It is also one of Gokarna’s most famous beaches.

4. Half Moon Beach

Gokarna is your perfect place if you like walking and beaches as well. Check out and enjoy both Half Moon beach. This is an exciting beach with a wide range of activities located to the South of Om Beach. Between Gokarna’s beach trek, the Half Moon Beach comes with a magnificent tranquillity. Sunbathing, trekking and camping are all perfectly suited to the beach: yes, you read that right. Surfing here is not very visible, but there is a common activity here. The beach resembles a half-mond, the name Half Moon Beach is strikingly another thing.

5. Nirvana Beach

Although access to the beach is not easy, it offers some advantages. Nirvana is one of Gokarna’s best beaches, and this lovely beach is not crowded so only real walkers find it. The shoreline is surreal, but the food options here are limited. The water is also pretty rough and today quite powerful. That is why it’s a little tricky to get into the water, but until the guard flag is safe. The beach offers pictorial views and is ideal for a sunbathing day or for the whole family, but make sure that kids do not go alone into the water.

6. Small Hell Beach

Do not be fooled by the name, it’s a stunning beach. The water is great and beautiful to swim, the beach is filled with small rocks. If you want a more enjoyable panorama, take pictures of the Hell Cliff, and you’ll find that this is one of Gokarna’s best beaches.

7. Paradise Beach

This is true to its name, and it is totally fascinating like many other beaches in Gokarna. Although the shore is mostly rocky, the water is good for swimming and is good. Again, it has an exciting trekking trail very good yet very dangerous. You can go right on the edge to see the depth of the high cliffs. In addition, there are huge noises from the water that crashes down against the rocks.

8. Belekan Beach

This is again not very visited by tourists located north of Gokarna’s main beach. This beach in Gokarna is also not very popular, as most tourists live largely to the South. But the beauty of Belekan Beach doesn’t take it away. The long sandy stretch is ideal for sports like soccer and volleyball. In addition, if you see its quiet beauty, you will definitely want to dip into the water right away.
