    2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the rice mixture and cook until the mixture begins to stick to the pan and forms small clumps, about 5 minutes.
    3. Add green onion, shrimp, and egg yolk to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
