    One of my favorite Korean dishes, topokki is a versatile dish that can be made with just a few ingredients! This dish offers the perfect opportunity to use your pantry staples, like cabbage and carrots.

    1. In a small bowl, mix together rice flour, water, and salt. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
    2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the rice mixture and cook until the mixture begins to stick to the pan and forms small clumps, about 5 minutes.
    3. Add green onion, shrimp, and egg yolk to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
