The conclusion to Madam Chapter is finally here! After a gruelling battle against the evil mastermind, Jianghu has been saved! However, Qianyu’s death weighs heavily on Jianghu’s heart. Guo Jing offers to take him in, but Jianghu declines, determined to travel the world and atone for his sins.
Jianghu leaves Guo Jing and sets off on his journey. He first visits Chengdu to visit his family and apologize for all the trouble he caused. His father is happy to see him and asks him to stay with them, but Jianghu insists on continuing his travels.
Jianghu then travels eastward and meets a young girl named Zhao Yue, fleeing from her abusive husband. The two form a close bond during their travels and eventually marry. Zhao Yue becomes integral to Jianghu’s life as he starts to rebuild his shattered reputation.
Jianghu next visits Beijing, where he meets up with Ling Xiuwen, the assassin who helped him assassinate Emperor Wu of Song years ago. Ling reveals that he has been waiting for Jianghu since and invites him into his organization: The Eight Extremities Sword Sect. Jianghu happily accepts and joins forces with Ling to take down the evil mastermind once and for all.
