The series follows the everyday lives of shōnen schoolmates Rikuo Niiyama and Akito Hyuga, who are drawn into an ongoing battle between supernatural beings called yôkai. The series was originally published in Weekly Shōnen Jump from August 2006 to March 2007, with eighteentankōbon volumes released. It has been adapted into an anime television series directed by Tatsuya Ishihara, which aired from October 2014 to March 2015. A second season, subtitled Rika-chan wa Suki desu yo?, aired from January 2016 to March 2016.

He can become like Gaikotsu and find his way home. As Okita explores the island further. He comes across many challenges and obstacles along the way. will he be able to collect all three feathers and return home safely?

Gaikotsu kishi-sama (God’s Hand Slasher) is a 1973 Japanese horror film directed by Ishiro Honda. It tells the story of a psychopathic yakuza member, Kôji Ikari. Who is sentenced to death for the brutal murder of his boss. After his execution, Ikari finds himself in limbo, unable to die because he is immune to all forms of injury. In order to escape this fate, Ikari must kill thirteen people with his bare hands while they sleep. The film has been cited as an influential template for slasher films, and was followed by two sequels.

Aniplex of America announced at their panel at Otakon on August 12 that they have licensed the series and are working on a release schedule. [1] The first two episodes will be released as a special preview beginning on September 25, before being released as a regular episode on October 2nd. Additionally, Aniplex of America has also licensed the OVA which are set after the events of the first season and follow Kyohei Hamura’s journey to find his place in the world after his surrogate father’s death. They will release these as a separate Blu-ray box set with an English dub starting December 13th.[2]

A live action film adaptation was announced in December 2017 with Sûta Fukushi cast in the lead role.[3] It is scheduled to be released in Japan on November 3rd, 2020.[4]
