By way of derogation from the principles of the Change4Ellaktor movement, without any institutional prior contact, on Wednesday 20.01.2021, by order of the CEO of ELLAKTOR Anastasios Kallitsantsis, I lost the capacity of Chairman and member of the Board. of AKTOR CONCESSIONS, 100% subsidiary of ELLAKTOR SA, although a half shareholder of PEMANOARO Ltd.
This is in view of the General Meeting of January 27, 2021, where the issue of change of Management of the Group has been raised, at a time when the current Management of ELLAKTOR is trying to convince that it serves the Truth, Transparency and respectful observance of the principles of Corporate Governance. of the Change4Ellaktor initiative, which at the General Meeting of July 25, 2018, won the trust and vote of the majority of shareholders.
The gradual and substantial deviation from the goals and objectives of the Change4Ellaktor initiative, which is still carried out by the current Management of the Group, led to the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of January 27, 2021, and was one of the reasons for my disagreement with Anastasiou Kallitsantsi, culminating in my resignation from the Board of Directors of ELLAKTOR. However, my association with the Company in which I participated as a shareholder and worked continuously for 40 years remains strong and I deeply regret the impending crisis.
